Refund and Returns Policy


Due to the nature of the products, once purchased, products cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled or refunded.

There are certain situations where refunds/exchanges are granted:

  • Lost delivery.
  • Wrong item received.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to the customer.


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at prior to shipping any items, as a shipping return address will be assigned to you according to your order. In the subject line of the email, please state: “Item Exchange Request”

If an item requires return. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item.

Damaged Items

For items damaged upon delivery, please do not attempt to return them. All of our shipments are insured.

Please do the following: 1. Immediately take a picture of the damaged item(s) 2. Contact us at and in the subject line, state: “Damaged Item Received” 3. In the email please include your name, order number, date of purchase, tracking number, name of damaged item(on multiple order purchases) and please include a picture of the damaged item. Once received, you will receive a confirmation email from us with further instructions and item replacement arrangements.
